I've become a fan of the PolyTac Led too. And it has a "clickie" style tailcap.
Mounts are a little harder to find than for the H2, but I run mine in a Vltor offset on my AK and I believe IWC just came out with one specifically for the PolyTac.

Find a Surefire G2L, not G2X, and then upgrade the tailcap with a clicky. This will give you an extremely reliable and flexible weapon light solution.
The stock tailcap on these are trash but a clicky will resolve that. The G2X has issues with mode switching but the same tailcap on a G2L never gave me issues.
If at all possible I would go for one of those nice vtac weaponlights. They are single mode variants of the E2DL or E1B which are both incredible and small throwers which offer decent spill but they are above the $100 by a little.
wonder if that had anything to do with Sf's move to get rid of the G2L's or just a change to the new brighter G2X's circuitry.
(i have the G2L in a GG&G mount on my Moe 3 slot rail)

Love it so far and i also use it to take puppy for night walks.
(but i'm looking into a brighter 200lum fenix light for that duty)
Just ordered a 4sevens quark 123 turbo X yesterday. Got it from optics planet with a 5% off code and free shipping for $69. Cant beat 450 lumens for $69. I'm gonna order an IWC mount n slot light mount for it shortly. The body on the light is .86 inches and the mount is for .83 inches we'll see if it works.

I used to have the G2L and switched to the G2X about eight months or so ago. Paid about $80 for it new. It's great. Durable and very bright, advertised @ 200 Lumens.
No downside that I can see.

Nah... I hate doing that stuff... especially for a junky light like this... if it were one of their good lights... maybe.
I think it quit doing it though.. I was messing with that gun the other day and it wasn't flicking on when I tried to repeat the problem.
I have a G2L, that I really like. They go locally for around $65.
I recently picked up a 6P, on sale for $65. It functions the same as the G2L, but with a metal body.
I've seen the G2Ls on sale as low as $50. I believe that they are discontinued now, in favor of Surefire's newer models.
I have a G2, an Olight M21, and a Fenix TA21. I would recommend a Fenix, but...The problem I have with them is, I don't think you can take them a-part for repairs if needed. The Olight is a very nice light, with a-lot of extras, but....it isn't cheap. I have to admit that the G2 was my least favorite between the three, until yesterday... I got my Solar-force R5 350 lumen drop in, and my Solar-force tailcap/tape switch, now my G2 is pretty bright.

You should check out Solar-force. They have, what seems to be quality stuff that can be had for cheap, and its totally interchangeable with Surefire. Not to mention, a host light comparable to a Surefire 6p is like $23, you get everything (momentary/clicky switch) except the led drop-in module. Also, unlike Sure-fire 6p or G2, the solarforce accept 18650 rechargeable lithium ions. Here are a few links

Where is the cheapest place to get the clicky style Z59 tailcap?
