Does the midwest industries aksm 1913 rail mount fit on that vepr?
And awsome vid. Gave me the push to go ahead and order one from aim when they were matching that 899 but i also got free shipping.

This rifle with a TWS and a trijicon aimpoint would be AWSOME. I'd do it in both 7,62X54r and .308 if I were them - potential there for someone to make a lot of cash.

Awsome and thanks Sturm.. Now all I need to do is decide on which scope to get. Really looking at one of those trijicon accupoints but also one of the vortex pst with the front focal plane reticle. Gona need to be on either side of the 8x range since I got one of those posp to hold me off till i decide.
    Great pic.

This rifle is absolutely beautiful, I can only imagine what a blast it is to shoot it! I love my Mosin-Nagant to death so I'm sure this is a million times better.

Neat rifle. I have never been a huge fan of a rimmed bullet in a magazine but I guess if they work then it is a non-issue

the mags are reinforced with some metal. couldn't get the front tab to hold magnet but rest stuck pretty good. could even see the metal through a hole on either side of top of mags.
