**** Palmetto State Armory. Just went to use one of their LPKs I had in storage to put together a lower, had 2 front takedown pins instead of a front and rear. And I'm still waiting for the C clips from them for their incomplete upper build kits.

And also, just to add for any California residents (like myself) following this thread, PSA will ship these (and other "high capacity" products) to you in "rebuild kit" configuration. The price is right, and I always [personally] prefer D&H over PMAG's.

Only a few more months that I have to put up with this shit though...

    2nd.
Make sure you have plenty of extra spare parts, don't absolutely count on them. I got two, one had 3 grip screws (1 flathead, 2 socket head) and the other had 0 grip screws.

Seems to be a common issue with PSA LPKs.

Wow that sucks... I always check my LPKs when they come in because I've heard too many stories like this.

If you don't use the FCG or grip (and sometimes selector and mag release) from LPKs like me, you should check out this website:

    http://shop.ar15sport.ihoststores.com/

You can put together an entire LPK minus FCG, grip, grip screw and washer, and trigger guard assembly for about $50. They seem to have everything in stock except bolt catch roll pins. Which I have in abundance.

Same thing happened to me. Such a mistake is somewhat understandable, but receiving a replacement took a couple weeks. My order from 1/30 is still processing. I don't know why processing takes so long when they're out of stock of almost everything anyways. 4 other places that I order from ship within 1-2 days. Giant Midwayusa being one of them. As a matter of fact I got a free front takedown pin from a different company just for asking. And FYI I canceled an order with del-ton after a month of processing "in stock" items.

I got my mur upper today from boltcarrier.com. Smaller operation but still very impressed.

If this was a one time thing with them it would be understandable. But this is a consistent issue with them. Considering the significant amount of money I've spent with them even as a non-dealer they should be bending over backwards to correct these ****ups.

I don't really get the impression that bending over backwards for anything is part of their business model. It's more like,

"you'll get your stuff whenever we get around to shipping it and if we screw it up, we'll fix it eventually. Don't ask when, because don't have a frickin clue. But hey, we used to have good prices on stuff, sooo there's that too! "
