Don't trash another company's "business practices" ambiguously in an open forum. It is tacky. If you have a legitimate beef that wasn't solved through appropriate Customer Service channels, then by all means share in a thread (ideally a new one and not a thread that is unrelated to your unresolved issues).

A manufacturer that is ISO 9000 certified is a manufacturer that is ISO 9000 certified. It doesn't matter what job they are doing for whom.

ETA: Here is their certificate of registration showing ISO 9001 compliance.

IMHO it is not tacky, it is informative. I believe it answers directly to a question (though I quoted it wrong).

Shot in the dark, but looking for USP 9mm 15 round mags. Taking a three day class soon and have just enough... would like a few for backup just in case.

I literally got the notification e-mails from Primary and within 3 minutes they were all sold out except for the RRA 2 stage with hogue grip.

Tier One also had 9" NSR rails which sold out in 5 minutes. I was able to see them available today and by the time I wanted to post them on here they were sold out.
