DPMS/Armalite compatibility?

A local shop has stripped DPMS .308 lowers, and it appears that parts for their uppers and lowers can be ordered directly from DMPS, so this got me thinking about a possible build. Just out of curiosity, what (if any) compatibility is there between the DPMS LR-308 and the AR-10 in regards to uppers and lowers? Does the DPMS lower only work with a DPMS upper on it? Are aftermarket barrels (like Noveske) that are advertised for the AR-10 incompatible with the DPMS? Do any AR-10 rails (like LaRue) fit the DPMS? I see that DD offers rails for both the DPMS and Armalite, so there clearly must be differences.

It seems unlikely that there would be any compatibility between the two, and I guess my plans are not really contingent upon any, but I thought I would check. I basically know nothing about .308 ARs.

There is vary little compatibility between the two. Other then the fire control parts. Different mags. Uppers and lower not compatible, same with the BCG and barrel nut.
