I'm thinking of upgrading my 870 with the Magpul MOE Forend and the Mesa Tactical Long Saddle rail...
It seems that the Magpul MOE covers a lot of the barrel. Anyone know or think the two will work in conjunction with each other?

The rail might actually ride inside the forend with just enough clearance but the nice thing about Magpul items, they're easy to modify with a belt sander in the case of interference.
