    Ruger SR1911

    Whats up gents? New to the forum. Anybody got their hands on a ruger 1911 yet and if so, how do you like it?

    I've owned mine for over a year. Mine is very tight, very reliable, and very accurate. I can't see me getting rid of it. I understand that some minor issues have cropped up with more current production guns, but my very early one is sweet. Paid $639 and feel that I got a lot of 1911 for the money. Great like it is, but also a good base gun for the serious 1911 man.
