    Warren Tactical sights.

I was at the range trying to zero in a set of new Warren Tactical three dot sights on a G19.

The POI was about 2" above POA at 3-10 yards. At 10-25 yards it was 4".

Is this normal for these sights ? I think I might have made an expensive mistake with these. The sight picture is nice but I'm used to POA/POI being the same at 25 yards.

They are new but I doubt there is any way to return or exchange these. Any advice ?

On G19s and 26s they hit high for me too. On G17s and G34s just a tad high.

If your front sight is plain black, I'd say file it down and touch it up with some insta blue.

Wouldn't that make it shoot higher?

Leave front alone. You need to either lower/file the rear or have a taller FS installed.

I'd contact mfg and request their advice.

To solve this POI issue, I have bought a 10-8 or Heinie .235 front sight to match with the Warren rear, as the Warren is .215 as I recall.

If I had to get a taller front sight do you think I will end up having other issues ?

I'm not even sure what height these are. The package they came in was WTL-21.

Warren front sights come .215 and .245. Normally the .215 are the right ones for the G19. Mine shoots high too but I havent changed over to the higher ones yet, except for my G22 and G17.

The front sight on this thing already looks pretty tall.
