Just want to make this quick and easy.

If you were making a bulk magazine purchase, which of the listed would you spend your money on. Price within a couple dollars per.

    1) DSG (D&H) grey teflon, Magpul followers, SS springs
    2) Brownells grey dry film, Magpul followers, SS springs
    3) NHMTG grey dry film, Magpul followers, SS springs

I'd go with DSG. I don't buy my aluminum mags anywhere else.
Before you suggest that licensing, background checks, or other restrictions for the 2nd Amendment are reasonable... Apply those same ideas to the 1st and 4th Amendments. Then tell me how reasonable they are.

Ive got a bunch of the D&H mags from BCM and DSG,no issues there either.

I had been eyeballing the metal mags on BCM's site. Are those the same as the DSG ones?

The majority of my mags come from BCM. The bases are marked "BCM", but I believe they are manufactured by LaBelle with MagPul followers. The quality looks good, they function 100% and they are low priced.

I currently have and use with no issues Pmags and D&H Teflon with MP followers. Thinking about buying a larger bulk of mags, I don't want to find out a few years from now that 40% of the mags I bought have issues or whatever.

With nearly every brand of mag some say they are questionable and some say they are good to go. I understand magazine choice can be personal thing and also understand they may get used different ways ie beat to hell or off the bench.

So, I figured I would just ask the question and make it a public poll. I was hoping to avoid the back and forth that sometimes gets threads side tracked and off on other areas and just get down to the point of "if you were going to make a bulk magazine purchase which would you spend your money on".

NHMTG are my favorite aluminum mags but they do tend to be more expensive than all the other ones.

In my experience, they always drop free, feed and lock the slide back every time (I have at least 50+ of 'em).

I also have about the same amount of G.I. mags made by Center Industries (because they were free or real close) that alway feed and lock the bolt back, but about half of 'em won't drop free. Most of 'em have Magpul followers, a few have the new tan followers.

I primarily use Pmags when shooting at matches because they work better with 30 rounds and that's usually an advantage in that situation.

I use the Centers for informal training and renge/truck beater mags.

Most my NHMTG mags (and a bunch of Pmags) are loaded to 28(NHMTG) and 30(Pmags) rounds in long term storage with a function tested 6920. One of these days if I'm really bored and broke, I'll still have something to shoot. I think of it unemployment entertainment insurance.
