Aimpoint makes a gooseneck mount, that's what I have on mine.

I found a nice used PWA 16” LW fixed carry handle carbine. If it’s still around after I pay off a few lingering debts later this month I’m going to try and talk the guy out of it. I’ve never been a fan of the gooseneck mounts so it will go going directly on the carry handle.

The ARMS unit doesn't use their throw(away)-lever, so you MIGHT be ok...![]()
I have a 15 +/- year old ARMS Aimpoint mount on my 1992 vintage M4 carbine carry handle... It works very well and also allows for the use of the irons...
The only down side is that you can't be part of the cool guy club if you have a carbine without rails...![]()

"The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts." "I don’t care how many pull ups and sit ups you can do. I care that you can move yourself across the ground with a fighting load and engage the enemy." Max Velocity
As most, if not all of the use, of a 4 MOA Aimpoint dot is inside 100 yards, and the majority of that is @ 25 yards or less... The cheek weld change does not bother me much.. Inside a shooting house engaging multipliable targets, where the Aimpoint really shines, is done with your head up and both eyes open...
If I wanted a precision shot at distance, I would go nose to charging handle and use my iron sights...

I remember being in a class with a professional instructor that ran an Aimpoint on a carry handle and he could shoot his ass off. Learn to run what you have.
My current setup is I have a top "carry handle mount" with a aimpoint M2 on that I think I got from ombexpress or somewhere. They generaly cost around $15 to $20. I don't have a pic of the setup and my only camera is my cell phone camera so here is a pic from a movie which looks exactly like my current setup except that I have a removable carry handle attached.
