FIRST DEER TAKEN WITH P308 (.308 CAL.) RIFLE

The first deer taken with our POF-USA P-308 20" Gas Piston Weapon system.
Rocky Senatore Hunting in Texas took one shot at 360 yards away,
using Hornady 168gr tap ammo, and a Leoupold 2.5x to 8x scope
One Shot. Very nice large Buck measuring 166 points. (12/18/2007)

    Happy New Year,

    Very nice.

Just curious, how much does your .308 package, w/optic, weigh?

Are yall gonna mount him? A deer that size hanging on the wall will get the conversation going.

    Thanks.

How about 14.5" P308 for a dual purpose weapon system for urban environment (CQB and DMR roles combined into one platform).
Just under 8.5 LBS, shooting SUB-MOA groups, and easily hitting plates at 550 yards at GPS Defense, inc. range in Phoenix.
