How do you, feel about your diet.

The question is, how do you feel about your diet? I find myself eating much of the same diet daily but until i get really bored with it i actually enjoy it. If you look forward, to your meal and feel satisfied after word then who care, what anyone else thinks? Any expert person please share here.

Guys, this is likely some kind of spam account. If you google the text from the OP, it is originally from a women's health forum and was posted in 2011.

Go here and scroll down to the post from Beautiful Disaster for the original text: http://www.womens-health.com/boards/...-set-diet.html

Now, I may be wrong, but it seems awfully suspicious.

I think some people go overboard. There's a guy in my office that at a ground beef patty and some rice every single day for as long as I've known him. Then one day he decided to make a change... turkey patty!

I seriously would hang myself if that was me.

Outside of the weird body-building diets, I frankly work out and exercise so that I can be a little more liberal with what I eat. I enjoy food way too much to get on some kind of regimented, "eat this not that" kind of thing. Moderation (cut down on the mcdonald's, etc.) vs. excess. If you don't have the self-control to exercise then you need to have the self-control not to gorge yourself, but I think you can reward one with the other.

Plus I find alternatives to the really trashy crap that is way, way better tasting. For example, I like the Big Mac and would probably eat about 1 a month, as part of the value meal, just because I like the way it tastes. But there's a local burger joint near me that blows the Big Mac away, so now I wait to eat that instead if I'm going to allow myself a "one burger a month" restriction. Knowing that my reward for driving past McDonalds is getting to have a Charm City Burgers Cowboy Style later on is all I need.

My diet is okay. It is way too routine. But as someone with crohns, colitis, and wheat allergies, there isn't much to make. Also, I'm cooking for one most of the time, or myself and a 4 year old.

Screw that, I need full-power Spam for its complete nutrition value.

And now that they have pocket-size servings, I'm not even going to carry a gun, I'm just going to use Spam like Popeye uses spinach. Nobody wants a Spam-powered ass kickin’.
