G23 ejector with G19 9mm upper will it work?

    like topic says ..

got some G23 frames with the strange crooked G23 ejector, and tomorrow i am getting some G19 9mm uppers will they work with the G23 ejector or will i have to get new ejectors for the frames i have?

and in addition .. can i use G17 ejectors in the smaller frames? G19 and G17 ejectors look the same size and all but haven t taken apart a frame yet so cant tell if theyre the same

thanks in advance for your answers

The ejectors are type classified by caliber.

    9mm Ejector-slightly crooked
    40 cal-Straight

i have 2 frames .. seller said one was G23 and the other G19

the ejector on the G23 looks like the middle one in this pic http://home.comcast.net/~john.o.newe.../Glock-web.jpg

and the G19 looks like the left one here

Well since Glock designed a new ejector instead of using the one they already had makes me think that it’s not going to work so well.

Just buy this part and you should be fine.

I ran a G19 upper on a G23 lower for several thousand rounds. No problems at all, other than me riding the slide stop with my thumb.

    WOW
You guys can swap caliber frames (ejectors basically) and have them
run correctly. Some of us cant get that with the correct parts for caliber.
