    SSR-85C Rust bucket

I own one of these and I can't stop the thing from rusting. Does anyone know of a place I can get this thing refinished? I would prefer some place in old Virginny but am not oppossed to having it shipped.

I really like the rifle besides the rust issue.

Thanks, in advance....keep your head down

I've seen this happen....where Global failed to neutralize the phosphating agent.....it rusts easily then.

Do you want it pakerized/phosphated or would you like a type of paint/gunkote over the parkerizing?

All of these guys have a good rep when it comes to refinishing.

Get it reparked first, or the corrosion will keep on a coming.

ORF had troubles with this issue. Stems from not properly neutralixing the finish.
