    Omnadrol

My cousin gave me a two week supply of Omnadrol yesterday. He said he gained about 12 pounds of muscle in a month and went up 50 pounds on his bench.

Has anyone here ever heard of this stuff or used it. I really don't want to take something if I don't fully realize what it is.

    Thanks in advance

Do you have a proper PCT plan? If you don't know what that means, don't take the stuff.

EDIT: Also, it looks like 2 of the 3 compounds are 17-AA, which is hard on your liver. I would recommend you stay away unless you do some research and understand the risks.

He didn't put on 12 pounds of muscle in a month. He MIGHT have put on 8 pounds of water+fat and 4 pounds of muscle.

    Lift, eat, sleep move on.

This is a pretty powerful prohormone. It's possible, especially if he wasn't very experienced beforehand.

Guys on cycles of real steroids don't put on 12 lb of pure muscle in a month. Maybe if you are a genetic freak who hasn't lifted in awhile, has a nutrition coach, and are multiple steroids you could regain 12lb of muscle but I'd bet you'll get 1-2 lb of fat and 2-8lb of water along with it.

12 pounds of lean mass in a month.... umm no... perhaps fat or water weight... or perhaps he exaggerated the number from 5-8 down to 1....

Thought he said 12 pounds of LBM. Yeah, 12 pounds of muscle is unlikely. 12 pounds of LBM might be possible.

What do you consider to fall into the Lean Body Mass category besides muscle?
