The Sully stock (that I used when I lived in the Peoples' Socialist Republik of New York) comes with two buttplates - a short and a long - to adjust LOP. Fabricating some extra spacers to fit in between the buttplate and stock would do what you're envisioning without upsetting the Communists in Albany.

The only downside of the Sully is that the stock is very heavy, but could certainly be used as a bludgeon device when the 10-round AWB compliant mag runs dry.

What is wrong with a UBR.
NYS law restricts folding and telescoping stocks only.
    The UBR technically does neither.

Technically, that that wouldn't be a felony charge but the reality, you will be charged.

I live in CT & would be happy if they would just leave us alone with their bullshit feel good laws!

And tens-of-thousands of dollars in lawyer fees later, you may be vindicated. The Long Island/NY Metro area is especially hostile to gun owners.

The Sully isn't too far off this design. Maybe if they made one with a butt spacer thas was 1.5" you'd have what you described, the std spacer is 0.5" IIRC, and the extended spacer is 1" longer. Maybe if they made a super-long spacer, you'd end up with a length that was close to A2 length. Not sure if you'd need to go farther than that.

One option is to take a short stock like the Sully or one of the other shorty fixed stocks and add a thick grind-to-fit recoil pad to adjust the length of pull to your preference. You'll need to find some machine screws of the right length and thread pitch but that shouldn't be too hard.

"Why doesn't this type of stock exist?"

Because only people in a few commi states need it. That's the real answer. I hope you and others are putting as much effort in trying to change your state's laws as you are trying to adapt to them. Good luck.

It's probably better the law be as obnoxious and inconvenient as it already is so there's more incentive to overturn it rather than get comfortable and compromise with it.

It's a good idea. You can already do it to a limited extent with the ACE ARFX and ARFX-E, by switching between the two thicknesses of buttpads and no pad at all; or maybe by switching between A1 and A2 stocks. But your outline would give a wider range of adjustment, and that would be useful.
