KAC had a big shipment of them in the last 2 months...and any dealer willing to throw down the initial order got them....

I dont think we are at the point of price shopping for KAC Gear But you should be paying around $1150 on average for one from my initial experience...

How often does the KAC NT4 suppressor have to be cleaned out?

I do not think you have to worry about cleaing out a 5.56 suppressor in general...

Everytime you take your can off, you can twist the suppressor a certain way in a reptitive motion and the FH will cut some of the carbon inside the can, this is one "field expedient" method..

But their instruction manual states to clean the can when you clean your rifle. They instruct users to take a general purpose toothbrush and to scrape any carbon build up off of the flash hider and inside the can where you can get to it.

Take a little bit of copper cutter and orient the can so it doesn't go into the body its self, but to let it drip out while you clean the inside.

Lightly lube the FH...and be on your way..
