Looks good. I'm not much of a fan of Springfield's hammer shape. What all parts did you use?

Long time stalker.... now time to step up. The pics aren't the best, but they should do.

Colt should make all their guns like the Wiley Clapp spec guns.
If you aren't armed when you take a dump in your own home then your opinion on what is a practical daily carry weapon isn't interesting to me.

Thanks. Same here, I don't really care for the shape of Springfield's hammer either.

C&S MARSOC hammer/sear/disconnector, 10-8 slide stop and mag release, Harrison trigger, Ed Brown single side safety. I previously got rid of the ILS mainspring housing and switched over to the GI recoil spring setup.

    There's a 1911 in here somewhere:

" Nil desperandum - Never Despair. That is a motto for you and me. All are not dead; and where there is a spark of patriotic fire, we will rekindle it. "

    Fjallhrafn,

Great minds think alike. Yet so do we.

My collection includes a number of other antiquities, such as a Mosin-Nagant m/39 rebarreled and restocked by SAKO in 1942, a Colt 1851 Navy, and a couple of swords, too.
