Awesome Thread! I love seeing all these cool 1911's.
I like Commanders. These are my 3.
The top one is a Yost LW built on the last of the alloy frames made by Caspian and bought up by the LTW smith's.
The second is a Combat Commander built by Ted Yost as a "what if Colt had made a 10mm Commander?". It started life as a 9MM pistol w/ no caliber markings and Ted built it into a 10mm blaster. I love this gun!!
Lastly is my Rock River Arms Elite Commando built in 2002 and is marked Cleveland, IL.
