Homage to a '20's/'30's Texas Ranger's 1911.
HC finish, new Kart barrel, trigger work. 2" at 50 yd. gun.

"70 Series" Colts; Don Williams .45 and Jim Milks 9mm, with separate .38 Super slide fitted to frame of 9mm.

Reverse Two Tone Colt series 80 I’m rebuilding. Getting ready for the second test fire session. Cold blued the custom sights and other fame parts to keep the rust at bay while test firing. Also nice to get a feel for what it will look like.

Will post better pics once it’s finished.

Pretty sure Chuck and I discussed this same gun. I recall he got a 67 over to JH for a retro build maybe?
