    Crappy iPhone pic but awful proud of my first 1911. Living inheritance from my grandfather.

    Side note. Looking to get rid of the rubber grip. What would be correct wood grips?

    A relatively “high mileage” low S/N Clackamus Kimber that my father in law gifted me.


    Could use a bit of a refresh and different sights.

    I have the same Kimber , same slide, trigger, etc all but marked Kimber Yonkers, NY USA.
