It can still be done, but to be honest we were seeing such a shift away from FSB stuff (especially on the LE side) that we just didn't prioritize it.

To be honest, I shoot better with irons that my issued Aimpoint H2. I would rather shoot irons all day long than with the Aimpoint

Can SIONICs build me a RGP 11.5” barrel upper with a fixed FSP? I don’t need a hand guard cap or delta ring assembly. Just barrel, FSP, and OEM nut.

Yes, they did for me. The taper pinned FSB sight option is currently not listed and it's an extra $50. My 11.5" barrel is coming with a .067" gas port barrel (they said the gas port size was a limited run). I ordered mine with no barrel nut as I will be putting my own free float handguard on it. It is currently enroute to me by UPS and I should have it in 3-4 days.

Did they ever have 14.5" barrels? I missed it if they did.

We never did 14.5". The 11.5" FSB can be done on request as I mentioned above.
