If I remember correctly the reason Sionics doesn’t sell 14.5 inch barrels is that they don’t do pin/weld. Just email or call them, they are responsive.

There you have the official word. Just buy your 16" Sionics upper or complete rifle. Then send the upper to John Thomas to have the barrel cut and threaded to 14.5, then do a pin and weld with your choice of muzzle device.
