Rob,
It depends on whether you want traditional or functional, and how you want to balance muzzle flash vs. blast to the sides, rear, etc. The J-Tac compensator works pretty good. http://www.primaryweapons.com/store/...p?idCategory=6
I've shot a full auto AK with one and with my normal stance, the muzzle actually dipped.
I have the Primary Weapons J-Tac47 on my SAR1, it easily removed 45-50% of the recoil.

Rob,
I've had luck with the original Bulgarian Krink.

I was considering that Jtac version, glad to know some here like it. I just wish I had bought the brake before this class, but I guess getting one will give me an excuse to shoot the gun again.
Rob, Power Custom is having a sale on J-Tac brakes.

Thanks for the heads up, I went ahead and ordered one from them.
I have one of these on a SAS M7 and like it a lot. I never found it to be uncomfortable to shoot before the VTac, but it is better with it on.
