I tried to search any LE or military units that we're using .300bo as standard issue and couldn't find any....

Yup. Lower by DDLES. Works with both factory glock mags as well as the slightly bigger Korean mags.

After researching all the tradeoffs with the 9mm conversions, I opted to go with dedicated lower.
