    Suppressors w/qd mounting?

I seen a show the other day (tacTV I think) where a suppressor was used and it just attached over the muzzle break.
Who all makes a suppressor like that, and do you have to have a paticular brand/type muzzle break?

Almost everyone does. Pick your poison--they all have fans and detractors alike.

OK, well what would be say the top 5 company's?
I've know of surefire and gemtech, I'm assuming they are pretty good to go.

I view Surefire as more G2G than Gemtech, but like I said, everyone has their kool-aid.

For a brake, AAC and Surefire are the 2 big ones. If you're willing to spend $500 on a muzzle brake you can add KAC to that list.

Silencerco will be releasing a can compatible with AAC brakes

People like YHM due to their relatively low cost. They make muzzle brakes, but I've never heard anything about them.

Ops Inc makes muzzle brake compatible cans and is the can/brake combo for the MK12.

Gemtech makes QD cans, but I don't think they make any muzzle brakes attachements.

The Battlecomp 2.0 is a brake designed for use with A2 compatible cans, so you could add the Gemtech HALO and SWR Specwar to that list as well.

Outside of the A2 compatible cans, they are only compatible with their companies respective QD mounts (whether they be FHs or MBs). IE: AAC cans work with AAC mounts, etc...

A gemtech is probably the most versatile as far as attachment goes. I think you'd have a hard time beating the AAC flash hider/suppressor combo.

Knight's does sell a flash hider that works as a mount for their QDS-NT4 suppressor for 92 bucks. Don't have to buy the 3T.

Yup. However, the Originally stated he was looking at QD Brakes, so I gave him an answer related to the question.

That said, his options open up significantly when factoring in FH options.
