What? You are HKPro member. You are certainly aware of all threads about HK CS and customer satisfaction as well as active help to HK owners provided by HK CS in dedicated sub-forum there. Maybe you should go there and post details of your bad experience with HK CS, to warn obviously misinformed people.

If someone can complain about HK CS, it is me, because I do not have HK CS here at all.

But maybe this is just some personal agenda against HK, that you go into every topic on every forum when HK is mentioned with your mantra that "HK is heavy, expensive and have non chrome lined barrel". So it is. And so what? Everybody knows this already so spare it.

Its certainly not my own experiences correct?

Lets see 4 emails and 2 phone calls then a 3 month wait to find out if the MR556A1 has any lining in it.

When I finally get an email(4 emails, 2 calls, and 3 months later) they lie to me and tell me every barrel is Nitrided, yet according to people who have done testing they are not.

Yeah that sounds like superb CS.
