25,000 to start with, but the Georgian Army has just been increased to 45,000, and all are planned to get the M4. Old AKs will go to reserve forces.

Georgia hopes to join NATO in 2009. The Russians are not happy about this.

No, the Bushmaster contract for real ones is for the U.S. Navy.
