    It worked!

    I replaced the buffer and extactor components and for the one mag that I tested it with no porblems. Thank you for everybody's input in this matter. I didn't want to send back to the factory because I hate not having my rifle in hand. I know that it was probably a dumb move on my part not going there first but for the price of the parts I probably would have to spend that in shipping it trough my dealer. That is what has happened to me in the past with other firearms that I have had to send back for repair.

    I take it you're talking about the Stag you were having problems with?

    Glad it worked. The sad part is the consumer shouldn't have to do on a new factory weapon in order to get it to work.
