I have a hard copy. It has NFA info up to March 2012.

The above link, provided by az doug, is for Firearms Commerce in the United States 2011, which has NFA info up to December 2010.

Yes, report includes those held by state/local LE agencies and FFL/SOTs.

DD is so high because of demolition and/or mining. There aren't a ton of guys with M67s or RPG-7s in their collections, right?

I'm guessing state/local law enforcement agencies + flashbang grenades.

They don't need the tax stamps and file BATFE paperwork though. That would be full retard. Police Depts. don't need to ask permission from the Feds to do their jobs or purchase the gear needed therein.

I know, I was thinking movie studios as well in my comment and I know they have to register them as well. I was more just venting because with their money they can do whatever they want and I can't get shit in this state. FML, I want out of this state.

Items do need the paperwork approved by BATF&E to transfer to law enforcement agencies. The items transfer tax free, but need the approved paperwork.

ATF may expedite the paperwork, the paperwork is required.
