Here's a quote from Ann Coulter that more or less sums up my thoughts:

"If Hillary is elected president, we'll have a four-year disaster, with Republicans ferociously opposing her, followed by Republicans zooming back into power, as we did in 1980 and 1994, and 2000.

If McCain is elected president, we'll have a four-year disaster, with the Republicans in Congress co-opted by "our" president, followed by 30 years of Democratic rule."

I almost never agree with Coulter, but I believe her perception of this issue is clear and correct (for once).

I don't get what Huckabee's game is.

I thought he was angling for the Vice President slot, but his latest wins are an embarassment for McCain. McCain is not a man you want to annoy; he holds grudges and does not forgive.

Strange statements for anyone who understands what it means to compete.

Huckabee is trying to win this election or maybe the next one. I rightfully don't think he gives two shits what McCain or anyone else says, especially with the rally he has going. I hope he pulls it off and I like the statement it makes to the party.
