    50 Shades Of Whey!

Put together a free report covering major topics of whey protein as an EPub doc. so most E-reader programs via comp, tablets, phone, etc can read it. Can be found on Kobo:

    Fifty Shaded Of Whey

The title a play on the cheesy book of soft porn/romance so popular currently.

    Blurb from report:

"Whey protein is one of the most popular protein supplements sold. It’s used by athletes of all kinds and those looking to benefit from this protein, that has literally been used as a medicinal food for thousands of years. However, much confusion over whey abounds. What types are best? Isolates or concentrates? Grass fed organic whey best? Can it help with weight loss? What about cancer and immunity? Where does whey come from and what about compounds within whey (such as lactoferrin) that have their own potential benefits?

Fifty Shades Of Whey will clear up the confusion – using objective science based information vs. marketing and hyperbole so common – to help users of this food supplement make smart decisions on whey proteins."

    The price is right!

Speaking of whey, does anyone know of a sugar & artificial sweetener free protein powder?

There's plenty around. I get mine from the Life Extension (LEF.org) which contains CFM whey isolate (covered in report if interested in what that is vs other whey), stevia, flavor (i like vanilla) and added lactoferrin.* I believe they also still have an unflavored version if you want no flavors at all.

*= a peptide found in whey with various potential benefits also covered in the report and or on my web site.

I downloaded kobo and your book but after download it is saying the book is only 2 pages. After seeing the quality of information you presented Im interested in what you have to write on whey in hopes there will be some info i have not come across in my studies.

If you might have any suggestions on what i might be doing wrong.

I would like to read before i start firing off questions. Not necessarily on the protein but your views on some of the types of whey. I do not want to waste your time asking questions that the book answers.

Edit: i read the short articles on your time website (50shadesofwhey.com), and i have to say that you have some of the most in depth accurate information on whey i have ever red or heard. The only other places i have seen or heard this caliber of work is in collegiate text books, and from collegiate professors. I would also say on the topic of whey protein your knowledge rivals that of university professors!!!

I do not remember the brand of hydrolyzed whey it was, but it was one of the first companies to put it out. It almost made me yak when drinking but i have never seen the gains i had with that protein. I was actually asked by a few people if i was juicing. They did not last long though.

    Still trying to get book

    Edit 2 working now

Edit 3 from reading your about the author i now know why everything is so exceptionally well written and informative. I can't wait to read more. Excellent job!!!

Are you opening with an Epub reader? If you don't already have one on your comp, Kobo has a free one for the book:

    http://www.kobobooks.com/apps

Book can also be found on Amazon for .99. if you use Kindle or Kindle reader app on your comp.

I wrote the first articles on whey in the fitness/bbing mags, have written more on whey than anyone on the planet, done consulting work for major whey/dairy companies, etc, etc. I know whey...
