Who makes the Colt forgery marked lowers?

Help!
I am looking for some of the M16 Colt marked lowers that have been seen from time to time on GB.
I real would like a few for some project guns I want to make for my personal collection.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about finished stripped lowers?

I have seen custom engraved 80% lowers in the retro board of TOS. Being 80%, this means they probably aren't the ones you're seeing resold on gunbroker.
