    For me:

1 - I had to put the model number in two spots instead of one.

2 - I had to put the manufacturer of the stripped lower as the builder instead of myself. The last time, they had me put it as myself as I assembled everything.

3 - I wasn't allowed to use "Multi" as the caliber listed anymore. I had to state the specific caliber that it's going on immediately. If I wish to use another upper, I have to send in another form & have the additional caliber listed when that decision is made.

Why a trust, unless you want multiple people to use the item unsupervised, or cleo won't sign?

It's the latter. Most CLEOs are hesitant to sign, at best.

Went the trust route because my collection of nfa items is ever growing, its easier for me in avoiding the fingerprint deal every time and I want to pass on my gear to my son...whenever I am gone.

I think the CLEOs are jealous, wouldn't want the public to have better weapons than them ha

Because I already have 7+ months invested in this particular application and don't want it to suddenly go to the bottom of the pile.
Maybe I'll bring it up after my stamp is in hand.

    O
So far it's been completely random stuff that is impossible to predict or account for.

It's been goofy stuff like changing my Schedule B to be titled "Schedule B, Schedule of Beneficieries" despite the fact it is referenced in the trust text as just being titled "Schedule B".
My lawyer just rolls his eyes at the changes they've requested.

Different issue, but I was told my "second pending date" was 7/18. WTF is a second pending date? I've never ever seen that referenced anywhere. Had to call twice because the first person told me it "went pending" on 7/18 and it didn't immediately click to me what was said. I almost had a stroke. They cashed my check in February.

Not as bad as sending it back for wording changes, but irritating nonetheless. I have no idea when I'll get my stamp at this point.
I didn't build this post. Somebody else made that happen.

I've never heard of something like that at all. I'd call & talk to the examiner and have them clear that up immediately.
