It sounds like you found your 5.56 (or near) pressure load. Keep us posted as you get a lot more down the pipe. A chronograph reading, along with barrel length, chamber, etc., would be interesting as well.

I am going to try this load as well.
I have been useing a 25.8 gr load since just after tac came to the market.
LC brass
25.8 gr Tac
wolf 5.56 srm primer
2.2 oal
Velocity out of a 16 inch barrel = 2900 / 2950fps
1.25 to 1.5 inch groups at 100 / 10 shot
Some days it will do better groups, but the above is average out of several Ar's.

25.0gr IMR 4064
55gr Hornady V-Max
CCI 400 primer
16" (1/9 twist) AR wearing an 4x32 ACOG TA01NSN
NO wind at all at 100 yards.
