Medium Sized Low Profile Mayflower APC Question

I can't seem to find a straight answer to this one. What size of plates fit into this medium size?:

I've seen it mentioned that the regular non lo-pro carrier will carrier "medium" plates, but I haven't seen it mentioned for this low pro version. I'd like to run the Velocity Systems Level III;IV icw plates in the carrier if possible.

Sorry in advance if I just missed it, but I've been trying to confirm for a few days now and can't seem to see it spelled out. Also, I did try contacting the folks on the website over a week ago and have not heard anything back from them. Not sure if they are super busy or if my message got ignored.

Nevermind. By piecing statements and various other bits of info I think a Medium plate will fit the low pro carrier. Sorry to clutter up the board.
