Perhaps a mod or Grant can put you in contact with them??
I am out of options. That was my 2nd upper I purchased from them and it was easy Purchasing. Both times purchasing was great. No problem. I bet if you order something right now they'll ship it tomorrow or the next day. Or if you email them inquiring about something you're interested in purchasing, they'll probably reply. I'm not sure if they lost my upper or what, but they will not even reply.

Keep trying. I think you'll get it back. In your shoes, I would not shop with them again either.

Guys I just heard from bravo company. The gentleman who was dealing with my warranty case was out on family matters. He left directions for it to get shipped out. But there was a loss in translation. There are overnighting my upper. Now I feel bad for the BBB complaint. I wanted to update immediately as he just emailed me this morning. Seems all is well. Stuff happens. I'll get on BBB and mark it as resolved tomorrow when the upper arrives.

Good news. Paul is a good man. BCM has always been good to go in all of my dealings.

I have always been a Daniel Defense rifle guy (I own 5), I decided that after reading about BCM, and how diehard their customers are on this forum, to give them a chance. I purchased a 16" BFH KMR-A upper and complete BCM lower from G&R. I am very pleased with the rifle. It's surprisingly light, and has been very reliable so far (500 rounds). Keep up the good work guys! I will definitely be adding another BCM to the family soon!

Not rifles or anything large, but I've done business with BCM directly twice (plus a third via Midwest), and they're Good2Go all around here. (MI couldn't get the Foliage keymod panels I'd originally ordered, but it worked out better anyway--Black with a quick spritz of Rustoleum was a better match to my OD furniture, and I'm proud to say This Hand Protected By BCM.)

Do not know when, do not know WHAT, but do know that I WILL be doing business with you guys again in the future--and IMHO, "repeat customers" are the highest praise a business can get.
