    They've lost me as a customer. They've had my upper since Feb 14 on a warranty deal (wasn't shooting straight). Now they won't return my emails or ship my upper back. I've been polite, but now I've completely lost patience. I'd rather spend my money with a company who does what they say they're going to do, and returns emails. I may be out $750 on an upper I've only shot under 100 rounds out of. Bash me all you want, but I'm done as a BCM customer.

    I'd be frustrated too. Have you checked your email junk folder?

    Yes, check spam folder daily and have them added to my contacts.

    BCM sent me a non-BFH upper. They responded quick after I emailed them. They shipped out my new upper the next day before I shipped the wrong one back. I had the correct upper the next day.

    I had a good experience with their costumer service.
    It is from the construction of underground FEMA camps. I can't say more because there a guy parked in front of house in an AMC Pacer. He is acting like he talking on the phone, but I know better.

    I have to sign off now & put my laptop in the microwave.

    Still no upper, no replies. At this point it seems they plan on keeping my upper and my money. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Next step is a credit card dispute. I have never had this bad of an experience with any company in my life. I will never spend another dime with BCM.
