FB Radom finally started delivery of civilian MSBS (Grot S16 FB-M1) to general public. In this forum post from Polish forum you can see detailed pictures:

Nice thing is use of M-Lok standard. Military Grot M16 FB-M1 use proprietary rail mounting system, but looks like Grot M16 FB-M2 will receive M-Lok and M1 can be upgraded to use M-Lok.

Are these only available in Poland or will they be sold elsewhere in the EU?

So far there is only limited number, so they are all sold in Poland, but citizens of other EU countries can buy in Poland using "Prior Consent" procedure.
