Daniel Boone is a nice club if you're in the SE Wisc. area. Ranges from 25 yds. out to 240 yds., and quite a few competative events each month - rifle (AR matches, 3 gun, sillouette, high power NRA, etc.), pistol, shotgun.

What kind of gun are you waiting on?

narco, is the DD a carbine or middy length rifle? Really liking the mid length gas system on a 16". DD are also a damn fine AR!

OP, did you happen to catch the name of the guy shooting the vanilla AR?
If it is the fella I'm thinking of, it would have been a Colt SP6920.
