Ammo and mags are the primary causes of all malfunctions in most weapons.

PSA has LC M193 for $7.50/20 or $188/500. This is the best deal I know of for good M193 at the moment. I've never heard of DRS...

I haven't read this entire thread so forgive me if I have missed something. After reading the OP's first thread, I had the same experience awhile back. Adding the O ring solved my issue. If your BCG does not have the O ring give it a try, can't hurt.

An o-ring is a temporary fix in many cases. One needs to further diagnose the issue and why it is needed.

If it extracted but did not eject 6 times, check the ejector.

It's either that or the extractor is losing control of the rim partway back in the cycle.

Take out the BCG and give it a thorough check.

ETA: it could be that the ammo rim is too small or shallow causing this.

Look at the spent brass to see the extractor marks. That may point the way.

I'm willing to bet that once you try some decent ammo your problems will go away. I never shoot a new gun with anything other than good quality factory ammo.

Sorry got busy at work. Try changing the buffer to increase the time to extract. It's helped me before on gassing issues, yours might not be but give it a shot.
