    Dumb question-

Is it legal to have a 16" barrel and a collapsing/folding stock? Does this run into some funky law about overall length?

Yes, it would be strange I think for there not to be a LOP adjusting stock option on any of the barrel lengths.

The LOP adjustment is good to go... but what about folding?

Rest easy, my friends, the ACR is in good hands. After reading the responses to this and other threads, I compiled a list of specific questions for the Bushmaster tech guys, and got them all answered in detail tonight. We'll release more info in the coming days, but have faith - this is a very good thing for all of us.

Yo, Nick, I dig that pic in your sig line!

Guys. Have faith in Magpul, even if you aren't ready to have faith in BFI. They aren't gonna drop the ball.

Would one of those questions be MSRP?

How much is one of these things going to set me back?

Thanks Nick- great pic on your signaure line.

+1 on what's the MSRP going to be?
+1 on being offered with 1/7" twist?
+1 on folder being offered in 16" weapon?
+1 on color options with first run?

Agreed on the Boulder sign! I'm in the Front Range area too.

How about a question on barrels? Can I get an extra barrel to swap out as I like? I thought one of the advantages of this system is the ease of bbl change.

The carbine and shorties should have the folding stock. The rifle length gun should have the UBR stock.

    I would release 4 versions:

    1. Shorty with folding stock
    2. Carbine with folding stock
    3. Rifle with UBR style stock
    4. Sniper/SPR with PRS stock
