My 60 rounder has only had issues in full auto suppressed.
I had a few failure to lock back on the last round but that issue seemed to remedy itself when I retired my BAD levers.

From my sources with far more experience with 300 BLK than I, no, 300 BLK will not feed reliably from the SureFire magazines. That isn't to say it won't feed at all, but it will not feed as reliably as 5.56 NATO.
Edited to clarify: Again, something may have changed since I last asked. I think Robert Silvers from AAC would be the most knowledgeable source of information on this topic.

I have two of the 60 rounders and the only issue I have had (with only one of them) was during a "mag dump" was that I had a FTF at round 27(about where it goes from 4 column to 2 column). Don't know exact round count but I would guess somewhere around 500 each. I think you will be happy with your purchase.

My experience too. Hard to feed - actually binds up around round 40. I've also had mine refuse to feed steel case, and ended up spilling about 10 rounds.
Brass seems better, but I've only run 2 full loads through it. So far, I'm not impressed. Hopefully that will change.
I must have special edition mags because i have put several hundred if not a thousand Hornady Steel TAP rounds through mine. The most being during Magpul Dynamics.

I can't see why there'd be a difference from steel to brass. Other than the Hornady being a mild load that would yield a different bolt speed.
