    Acog help

So I decided to jump on the bandwagon and get some quality glass. I bought the acog Ta31f for my 16" lmt. My issue is this: Trijicon says that the acog is designed to be zeroed using the tip of the chevron at 100 meters, but the ranges I go to only go out to about 90 meters. I have done some research and I found out that if I Zero at 33 meters it will zero it for 200 meters respectively. The problem is that on my range there is distances from 25 yards to 50 yards, then 75 yards to 100 yards. There is no way to place your target at 33 meters. I dont want to be at the range all day wasting ammo so I ask if there is any tips zeroing the ta31f at 100 yards as opposed to 100 meters. Sorry for the Noob question

Zero it 50yds. Your next zero will be around 190-200yds. This is what I use.

I thought you didn't offer discounts?

I mean discounts further than your every day low prices, like m4carbine or le/military specific discounts.

I have shot TA01 and TA31 cogs out to 600 meters with the following method:

First, zero point of aim/point of impact at 25 meters using the 300 meter point in the BDC. If you have to use distances measured in yards instead of meters, there will be some effect, but nothing drastic until you get past 300. Once you are roughly good laterally, but dead on for elevation, move back to the further distances to confirm windage. Although 100 meters is optimal, as it permits solid windage adjustments as well as getting the BDC set.

If you can, get out to 300 meters in windless or a no value wind condition day. Having an established 300 meter zero using the 300 meter aiming point will set you up for success.

If those are not options, I would rather have a solid 90 meter zero than anything shorter.

This is what I use too, right on the money @ 200 yards!
