    LTR 223

I just picked up a Remmy LTR in 223. Mounted a Leupold MKII 4-12 scope. This is my first scoped rifle and was wondering what I might expect accuracy wise. Any info or opinions on this set up will be appreciated. With my current commitments I probably wont make it to the range until March.

Thanks Federale, I just got a woody. Is that from a box stock rifle?

A little trigger work and a larger bolt knob, but otherwise stock.

Federale, what kind of scope and rings are on your stick? Possibly a Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14x50mm LR/T M1 Illuminated Scope?

Does anyone else know what size those rings are on the picture above of Federale's LTR?

Im getting the Remey 700 SBS in 223 and i figure at 500 meters or less I should be able to do well
and I got it for about 550 out the door so thats sweet.... well tell i learned the transfer fees to Kaliforniastan were almost 200 bucks ........ ouch!

anyway I am looking forward to getting it setup

I intend to get a Leopold Mark2 in mildot

for an entry level rifle that should do just fine
