You should go to a gun show; you might find someone selling Aimpoints you can check out and see if you think it's worth saving up for. If you don't want to wait you can buy a cheaper interim sight, then sell it once you finally get your Aimpoint.
Just because you're necessary doesn't mean you're important.
Thanks for the info krusty think ill take your advice an hit up a gun show an/or just save up for what I really want.
Alright so I have one more question what are yalls thoughts on the vortex sparc it looks very similar to the aimpoint t-1 an its in my price range be gentle guys lol
Honestly, I'd pass. I have no experience with the sparc, but putting an optic like that on a bcm just doesn't make sense to me personally. I would save for a used aimpoint. It's not that the sparc isn't a good optic for its cost, its just that it would always be a weak point on a firearm of that quality. Also just incase your wondering this is coming from someone in a similar situation, i am currently in the process of closing on my first home purchase, and am looking to becoming a father in a few months. Just save and be patient.
If I was in your position, I would shoot iron sights until you're able to find a used Aimpoint for a more affordable price. With these red dots you really get what you pay for, IMO.
Also, keep an eye out on the Equipment Exchange forum here; there are some pretty decent deals on optics every now and then.
OP, it is better to work on your iron shooting ability, save your money and buy a new or used Aimpoint PRO.
