I think a bigger concern than the rabbit, is discharging a firearm within city limits, or near a building.

my suggestions:
get back to mowing
don't shoot your neighbors house/kids
get rid of the rabbit
clean the pool
dont post the pics on your facebook

I just died of laughter.
we had been waiting for our local shops (we live out in the middle of nowhere) to get pool salt and since nobody has has salt it doesnt produce chlorine, its super chlorinating right now, so all that stuff will be cleared up in the morning.
