Great passage GTF
Rip AC. Thoughts and prayers to the family.
I dont even know what to write. I held AC in the highest of regards. I never once met him, but he will always be my friend.
RIP Army Chief. I only knew Army Chief in passing from many 1911 threads here and on other 1911 forums. He ALWAYS added common sense to an often contentious topic.
Up men! Up! And to your posts! Let no man forget today that he is from Old Virginia! - General George Pickett
I had very little interaction with you AC, and you are already missed. Rest in peace.
Sic semper tyrannis.
Rest in peace.
Though I never met Chuck, but we had many conversations via PM. During one discussion, he asked if he could pray for my youngest son...even with what he was facing in his own life he thought it important enough to care about someone else's life issues.
THAT is the kind of man I new him to be...and I will surely miss him around here.

Oh my God. I didn't even know he'd passed.
There are no words that can describe it.
Chuck was a man of solid words, and much patience.
I'm glad that he went painlessly.
RIP, friend. God speed.
We miss you, AC.
We miss you, ToddG.
I did not know him, but the exchanges, both public and private, we had on here told me he was a reasonable, nice person.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time of loss.
Rest in Peace Sir.
