That, good sir, made all the difference in the world. The comparison pic was very helpful. (Not that the other commentary isn't good too---but the pic was "tres bon.")

What's the deal with Umbrella Corp? I can not find a working website for them and the grip is the only thing I've ever seen from them, aside from the lower receiver pictured above.

Are they a quality company? Will they be making more accessories? Are they the new Vltor? Somebody paaa-lease. Shed some light.

    I like it still.

Ran it in a carbine class a couple of weeks ago. As others have mentioned it provides a more natural position with more modern shooting stances. I definitely noticed it while laying in the dirt.

Nothing spectacular or world changing but I think this grip is gonna stay on there for a while.

Others have complained about it being slick but that's an easy remedy. The first model by Umbrella was apparently made this way to give users a blank canvas to modify. Later models reportly will have checkering.

I wish there was a storage door at the bottom of it.

Not that I am one of those guys that has a spare upper receiver in the pistol grip but its a handy place for my Surefire earpro.

I saw where they made the initial run of lowers back in February. I think it's crazy they still don't have a working website. I love what I've seen of the grip and ordered one this evening. $19 with free shipping is well worth giving it a shot.

Forgot to add the steeper angle helps in one hand manipulation. I 'feel' like I have more leverage on the rifle. YMMV

I just installed one on my AR and love it. Thicker than the BCM grip, which i like. Changed the overall feel of the rifle for the better.

I feel the same and i really like this feature. I've become so used to the angle that with all other rifles I feel like I have to cant my wrist.
