On a side note, while I'm not doing their photography, I've worked with some companies where their web & graphics people were totally unsat and couldn't do anything right. Lots of rush for photography, and then sitting on the pictures for 6 months, that sort of stuff.

I'm always amazed at how many companies in this industry have problems with their websites or getting things done in a timely manner from the people they use.

No, they are shaped more like the standard MOE, just at a steeper angle with a texture like the K.

Anyone find a good way to plug the bottom for storage? Ive seen the BCM grip hack mod but I really don't want to spend another 20 bucks just so i can store 2 cr123a batteries.

Just got mine a few days ago. I gotta tip my hat to them for quick service. On my doorstep 2 days after ordering it.
Then I got a little too excited with a photo editor app

    Umbrella Corporation grip

I remember reading somewhere that states the company intentionally left the grip slick. The reason being that the end user would mod it himself with a stipple job, grip tape, bicycle tube etc. I am sure this kept the price down as well. $19 isn't bad.

ETA: Looks like they'll be producing a textured model in the future as well:

Interesting - never knew they worked with Magpul on their grips. That's pretty cool.

I love my Umbrella grip. I haven't had a chance to stipple it yet, but the angle and girth is perfect for me. I'm dealing with an injury to my right arm / shoulder so it's helped me tremendously - particularly when bearing the weight of the carbine one handed on reloads.

A good friend who's opinion i completely respect says the Umbrella guys are a great group. Their lower is pretty damn sexy - and the fit / finish looked perfect to me. Their role mark looks nice as well... zombies and hot chicks aside.

    Nice pics, Stick.
